System Design We will design and build your entire idea from the ground up. Our Engineers will assist you with the proper answers to your questions in order to achieve ,or exceed, the overall machine design.
System Upgrade If you have any machinery which needs to be upgraded due to age or poor performance, then we can help. We will troubleshoot all problem areas and replace all old, overused parts with newer, more efficient equipment therefore increasing overall profitability.
PLC programming We program under Omron® , Allen Bradley® , and Parker® just to name a few PLC control manufacturers. Our PLC programs are designed with safety and ease of use as a main focus. We always go far beyond our customers expectations in overall program design and layout.
Data Acquisition Collect, filter, and inspect data from source using only the latest equipment and software. The collected data will be presented in a very clear and neat manner.
Computer Aided Drafting Our drafts are created using AutoCAD® and/or SolidWorks® software. These are the two leading CAD software companies specializing in 2D and 3D designs! Before production begins we review the entire project with our customers and make the necessary modifications.
Documentation We do all the documentation! We will use AutoCAD® or SolidWorks® to document all the work. Also, we will do all the necessary paperwork to make sure that the proper files are associated with any machinery in a multi-machinery project. Up to "E" size drawings can be issued.
Computer Based Test and Automation Using sophisticated tools such as LabView® and TestStand® , both of which come from National Instruments, we can simplify maintenance while reducing test development times. Furthermore, with these tools we are able to rapidly create various applications ranging from testing to automation.
